If you have a choice of renting from another company, I highly suggest you do so. Individual I dealt with with this particular company is very very hard to deal with and get in communication with. Trying to get a hold of them does not get back with you within a timely manner only uses email will not give out a phone number and God forbid if you have an issue with your property that you're renting good luck 🤞. AMAZING property management company, I can't speak highly enough of them. My wife and I have each rented from various individuals and property managers and Premium is the best of them all. They're responsive to maintenance issues with a fast-turn around and do the right thing to properly fix problems. They handle communication through email promptly and professionally. This is the only rental experience that I've had zero complaints about.
All around one of the best property management companies I have rented with. I have rented a home with this company for 3 years now and have had a great experience. This company is reliable and professional. The company responds very quickly to emails and missed calls. They have fixed every issue we have had promptly, with no hassel. Our AC unit went out this last summer and they had someone come out to fix it the next day. Would rent with this company again in the future.
If there was a negative in place of stars they would get it. The property manager is mean, rude, and very unprofessional. I think that he forgets that he is "paid" to manage properties, and he doesn't own them! When the owner says something about their property that's it, David likes to make his own rules and do what he wants regardless!
