I love using Premium Property Management! I have been renting from this company for 6 years and I have nothing but an amazing experience with them. I would recommend David and his team to anyone! They have always made me feel comfortable and valued as a tenat. They make things very easy for tenants. If any issues do come up, they are quick to respond and solve them. I am only giving the extra star because maintenance does a good job but the management is extremely rude and trying to take advantage of me yet again. When they took over the property management, I had already paid my rent to the former property management. David then wrote me a check to replace charging me a second time for the same month. Now in an obvious attempt to scam me he is trying to say his bank sent him correspondence that they sent money to my account as well.
