We rented a home that was managed by Premium Properties for nearly two years. The only reason we left is that we moved out of state. They have been absolutely terrific to work with, promptly responding to whatever issues came up and going out of their way to be helpful. This was not our only rental, and it was by far our best experience. The crew was friendly and easy to work with...I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have never used a real estate broker then I came across Premium Properties. While skeptical at first, They walked me through the process and it became easy. They prepared me for the documentation I would eventually need and I was ready to find my new place. They took me to six places after I gave them my specs and i found my dream apt within two hours.
