I purchased liners for my THOR Gas Stove LRG4807ULP That stove only comes with one large burner. They sent three individual mats because it’s six burners and two of the mats have large burner holes in them. I have sent them multiple videos and photos and they’re saying that they cannot see that it does not fit. And they’re taking a week in between emails to even respond back. All I’m asking for is the right size.

I had received a stove protector that was too big for my stove and I emailed the provider and gave them my model number and they are sending me a new one out. These people are wonderful.

This company has grest customer service. I ordered the wrong item, and they happily replaced without me having to return the other one, even though it was my mistake. They were prompt, friendly and easy to do business with.
