I was using wrong parking by mistake. Thanks to parking controller I got just worning
Wonderful place to park, close to illikai, prince waikiki, and hawaiian hilton villiage.
The address is a little off, the entrance on 1555 Kona street, not Kapiolani blvd, however there is a street sign, which is hard to miss.
Great free parking but easy to get lost lol
