Stucco Painting - We took bids from two companies. Premium came in lower and with a more efficient plan: contrary to common understanding, Premium followed Sherwin Williams instructions in recommending only one coat of paint over stucco. Also, in preparing to paint two gables, they covered the soffits with tape and newspaper, and then it rained. Premium Painting did a fantastic job on our outdoor painting projects. The best money we’ve ever spent on our home— our house looks brand new and we’ve received many complements from neighbors. The crew was attentive to detail, kind, and very clean. We will definitely use them again for future projects.
We had the Premium Painting team sand, stain and revarnish the woodwork around the windows in our building’s foyer. After years of sun and condensation on the windows sills, Edward brought the beautiful wood back to our entry! He was professional and kept the area clean thru the project! Thank you!
