The technician called me at 12:08am during the originally scheduled appointment window (12am-1pm) and told me he would be there in twenty minutes. Forty-one minutes later the technician arrived. The only thing that would have earned my business would have been a prompt apology. The first thing the technician tried to say was the original appointment window was for 12am-1pm, no apology. I think the owner/ operator Joel was Outstanding in providing great information to make a good and informative decision for our garage door tension springs. He showed up the same day I called and was on time. Very cordial and all around nice man. Will definitely keep his number handy to use and share with friends and family.
