Our experience here wad usually pretty ok. This time, I/we did not receive the requested mani/pedis as requested. I am now aware, after my two recent experiences, that this business is diluting their polish. I received polish which didn’t dry all day. It smeared and I just came back and had the polish removed, at no charge. I didn’t receive the manicure at all. The server was nice about removing the polish, but the poor result, and materials mean that we won’t go back.
Service is bad and most of the staff are rude. I went in and left almost in tears, you go in and pay for a service and you expect them to be at least professional. They don’t listen, the male worker is also very rude and does not know how to do nails.
The service is always perfect every time I go to this place they make me feel very comfortable especially Ivy she is really a great girl she is the best
My toes were veryy well taken care of will recomend will come again
