Truly an unforgettable experience. I went as a bouncer to ensure the "lone ignorant woman"didn't happen because we all know the nature of sales and I am both surprised and related to report Alex was amazing. He was calm, even when questioned, knowledgeable, and the best part wasn't pushy. He gave us the facts and let the decisions flow, his product and service speaking for themselves. I highly recommend Premium Motors and Alex for your next car buying experience.
Tl;dr: Run, don't walk, to see Alex if you need an honest and transparent guy to sell you a new used vehicle. A few weeks ago I totaled my car, and realized I would probably have trouble securing financing for a replacement, as I have 4 payments still due on our primary vehicle, and had just started the process of refinancing the car that was now totaled (meaning technically I had 3 open auto loans on my credit report, tanking my DTI ratio on paper). My experience with this dealership (they/them). They didnt except my trade for reasons i understood but also didn't expect. they were open to negotiations while giving up the included warranty and the buying process was easy enough. So here are a couple things that soured the deal. i asked them if they could fix 2 small non mechanical issues about the car which they verbally agreed to do. Upon pick up i find out unfortunately they couldn't fix them since "they aren't mechanics" ....so i was told but not a big deal took me 30... read more
When Purchasing car I was told 24month payments and the contract would be emailed then was informed I was lied to its 66months making the total over twice the asking price when I put 1/2 DOWN..SHADY
The price you see on the car is the price you pay- he stated “not a penny less” so don’t bother negotiating- there is none. They don’t like to deal with women either- just men. Find another place.
