The staff at this dealership are very respectful but at the same time very unhelpful. When I bought my Mini from them within 24 hours the turbo blew and the car was dead. They took my car in and battled with the warranty they sold me for about a month in a half. By the way they couldn’t offer me any loaner car to use so I used Uber to get back and forth to work for the time and spent well over $500 in fees, only getting $300 back from the dealer. These people are crooks!! I contacted this place about a Jeep Wrangler and gave them a deposit to hold it until I can get to them (5 1/2 hours away) this weekend, as I work in healthcare and right now taking off during the week is impossible!! Worked with us on our Post-Sales Issue We purchased this car at a fair price and an unforeseen issue with our alternator happened after sub-zero weather a week after we purchased our car.
