Wouldn't go anywhere else now that I found PMO. Had a tough order for them to fill and they did it in record time where other places said it would be weeks. Very happy customer!
I purchased a queen mattress & it turned out it wasn't the right one for me so, I took advantage of the generous 30 DAY COMFORT EXCHANGE POLICY. Paul is a phenomenal & trust-worthy gentleman. The delivery staff is professional & courteous. I'd recommend if you're in the the market for a quality mattress then stop by the Winter Park or Orange City location TODAY!!
Excellent service! I called this morning inquiring about a certain size/price of a bed and the possibility of having one delivered to me today and I was told that wouldn't be a problem if I came in and purchased it within a reasonable time period. I wasn't able to get into the store until 2PM and even though they needed the same size bed in their Orange City store, they held the bed for me hoping I would make it in AND they delivered it within an hour! Awesome service and will recommend to everyone I know!!
This family-run store has been my first choice when shopping for mattresses. We have purchased three mattresses from them over the past two years. Our experiences have shown that the owner is very concerned with customer satisfaction. He and his colleagues were very open to doing a comfort exchange for us. Not only that, but they also proactively worked very hard to obtain the right mattress for us. You should absolutely visit this place, before overpaying at a huge corporate mattress store chain.

This place is the best! My daughter got a super comfy mattress and I finally got my bed back! The people that work here are fantastic. I will never go anywhere else for mattresses!
This is a great place to go if you need a quality mattress at a very affordable price. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and patient.
