Our very old wooden garage door needed replacing. We contacted a few garage door companies for estimates. I had an excellent experience with Premium Living Victoria's service. Their response time was impressively quick and the quote arrived promptly. During their visit for the quote, they kindly fixed a metal door and they did it right away and the work itself was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. They are very professional and very nice. I’m happy to recommend them.
My garage door was WAY past due being replaced. I had called a few other garage door company's for estimates. Both were very high and out of my price range. I then found Premium Living Victoria. They had a more affordable price and their installer ( Derek ) is very capable and efficient. The estimator ( Lindsay ) is also on top of her game. I love my new garage door. Highly recommend.
Good service people and admin staff. Very happy with my custom window screens. The only issue was the timelines. It took 3 months from mid July to get an estimate appointment and then 2 months to get the product installed. This was during their busy season - so perhaps my wait time was not that bad. Yes - it is a total recommend - otherwise.
Incredible service! I called them when my garage door opener (installed by a different company who wasn’t doing service calls anymore) wasn’t working. They had someone out to my house the same afternoon, he fixed the issue, made sure all the remotes were working, tested keypad, and spent additional time showing us some trouble shooting tips and safety measures. Very affordable for a service call, they saved the day!
