Premium Hospice took wonderful care of my grandmother. From our very first call, the intake coordinator was incredibly patient and walked our family through all our options. Most importantly, their team did a fantastic job managing her pain and keeping her comfortable. We are so grateful for their compassion.
I want to recognize the terrific staff at Premium Hospice. My wife has been in Hospice Care with them since May 2025. The attending physician Dr. Alan Frischer, the social worker Shanequa, chaplain Ken, nurses Francis, Tricia, Ray and others are all very competent, friendly, empathetic and demonstrated genuine concern and care for Harriet. I also want to recognize case manager Crystal and office worker Lucy.
As illness continued to take away many of my husband’s abilities, I became his 24/7 caregiver for several years. I wanted the best for my husband as he navigated this final journey in his life. I hoped that he would not need to go to a skilled nursing facility, and that I would have the emotional strength as well as the physical strength to take care of my husband even as he became bed bound. The Premium Hospice team works seamlessly together to ensure your loved one is comfortable and well cared for at all times. The nurses are incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, always staying on top of symptom management and making thoughtful adjustments as needed. The aides are gentle and respectful, treating your loved one with dignity in every interaction.
