We purchased our hot tub 18 years ago and have had nothing but positive experiences with Premium. We’ve had very few issues with the tub but when we have needed service, they have been prompt and helpful. We continue to buy hot tub products from them and hubby loves the fact that they know exactly who he is when he comes in the store. Because of the excellent service, we also purchased our smoker from them years ago and have no regrets with that decision either. We highly recommend the jacuzzi brand and this local business!

The service and patience they provide is amazing as a first time tub owner. From my dumb questions to panicking when I thought I lost my water levels, they have been helpful from day one! Would highly recommend!
