David is thorough and knowledgeable about home. Nice inspector.
Dave is the absolute best when it comes to home inspections. This is our 2nd time using him and we will continue to recommend him to anyone purchasing a home in NJ. He went through every inch of the home we are looking to purchase and not only took pics for his report but he explained everything. My husband & I felt very comfortable asking him questions, his price was more reasonable especially for the thoroughness and lessons and his jokes were funny as heck too! Highly highly recommend!
This is the first time buying a home, the first time I used David service was awesome, but unfortunately that house wasn’t meant to be, he and Debbie are amazing coming out again for hopefully on finding nothing wrong with this 1.
