I want to be clear this review is on customer service only I did not get my work done here but I think you should give thanks to people that remain professional. Seems up front. To the point and honest.
We have used Premium Heating and Air a few times and have nothing but superlative words to express our happiness with having contacted them. They always are able to squeeze us into their schedules even if extremely busy with other projects. All work is done professionally and quickly with explanations provided to us along the process. Premium has been incredible to work with since I purchased my home 2 and a half years ago. Bob and team are reliable, honest, and provide quality service. I recently had my nearly 30 year old HVAC replaced and the estimate from Premium was a great price. Mike and Jeremy spent 2 full days on the unit replacement. They were knowledgeable, professional, and prompt. I appreciate the care and quality of work they provided, and I will continue to contact Premium for HVAC maintenance/issues.
I cannot begin to tell you how great these guys are. They picked up, scheduled me right away and were completely professional. They were honest, helpful, and clearly know their stuff. Safe to say I have found my HVAC company forever! Could not recommend more.
Our air conditioner went down during a hot spell, called their number hoping to get an appointment the following week. Owner Bob called us and responded on a Sunday and got us up and running. They installed our system originally a few years back and a capacitor went out. Thankful for the quick response. Highly recommended.
