This was ridiculous. I booked my appointment for the Phoenix, AZ Cave Creek Rd location, received multiple confirmation emails and texts, was even sent the location address. I also received reminder notifications the day of my appointment. After waiting over 20 minutes and nobody showing up, I decided to call. I was told that premium Health no longer services Arizona locations. Great personality from the young women working there. Made the test as painless as possible and that was really appreciated.
Very professional easy going real easy to get tests
Our tester,Tracy, made this a very positive experience. Easy booking online, multiple locations to choose from, easy process. Nothing fun about needing covid testing but Tracy really made it painless. I give her & the company 5 stars
