This would be 1000 negative stars if possible! My son booked an appointment for a Covid rapid results test to meet requirements to travel to Japan. He was told 16-18 hours for results, which would be Sunday morning. Plenty of time before his 9 pm flight. They then inform him AFTER that time has passed that they experience delays and will not have his results until Monday morning! He has a non changeable non refundable flight.
