Pleasant and fast.
The service and documentation were all good. The results are supposed to arrive up to 18 hours after the test, mine took 20 - and because of this I could not check in for my flight until they arrived -fortunately I just made the flight this was a stressful experience
I had a great experience in that the staff was punctual, professional, efficient, and pleasant.
