Ordered an auto filter in mid April and Premium Guard (Dale Head) created a label and sent FedEx tracking # but package never left their building. Went back to original purchase site and they said package was already delivered. Nope ..its now end of May and tracking # still shows "label created waiting for FedEx to pickup"..
