Just had 3 bedroom carpets purchased through Kim and installed by her team (William). Super professional and friendly service. Both material and install services were cheaper than we were quoted by other local businesses. They also worked with us to take many flooring samples home, get install and renovation advice, take measurements, and were flexible when it came to us ripping up our own old carpet to save some money. We have had three different projects done by them over the years and we still talk about how good the experiences were with them! We will use them again next time we need some flooring, either carpeting or hard floors.
Exceptional communication, attention to detail and will match pricing! They are our go to flooring store/installer! Their ethics are beyond reproach too!
These guys are great. They have good products and knowledge for better prices. I have worked with them many times due to their caring and cooperative customer service.
