Came to do a fire alarm and sprinkler inspection at my apartment. The man that came inside complained because the deadbolt was locked and made a comment along the lines of “i don’t know why they lock the top lock like my girlfriend does. They keep calling my number. This company along with another alarm company I have told them they several times they have the wrong number. Both companies called for different individuals. They are very vague when calling. The calls are always odd hours. Honestly, every call and voice-mail we've received, along with every live person all sound and act extremely sketchy. Feels like some type of scam.

Fire alarms going off at 5am and 6:40am for multiple weeks and days. This is getting ridiculous that the company can't fix the malfunction. 6 malfunctions so far and counting at Darley Green apartments.
