Adrian and his crew did what was thought by others including myself to be impossible. They accomplished this and actually made it look great!
We hired Premium Drainage to do regrading and assist with our water issues around our property and they did an excellent job! Out of all the estimates we got, Adrian seemed to be the most detail-oriented, measuring and surveying the property during that first visit to give us appropriate solutions. I had premium drainage and erosion do some patio work on my property 5 or 6 years ago. The work was great and we were happy with the work. Fast forward to present day, some areas looked like they needed to be touched up a bit due to wear and tear. Just normal maintenance requirements for the type of brick that was used. I emailed Premium to inquire about what the cost would be to rehab certain areas of my patio. Adrian and his team are not only very good at providing a great solution in very fast time but also a great customer service team. They responded to any question that we had very quickly or at least let us know that they needed a bit of time if there was some research needed. They were patient with us while we made the decision to go with them and accommodated the quote a couple of times when we had to add additional work (waterproofing). A great team to work with and a beautiful and professional job.
