I'm literally here waiting for a my appointment for a hair cut but they took a guy that came in after me and then when other chairs opened up they didn't even ask me if I'm ready. I'm like a ghost sitting here. What's the point of booking appointments if your still waiting after your time and they help others before your time slot and skip you totally while your in the building waiting. Won't be coming back anytime soon. Waiting over 30 mins past my appointment time and skipped completely till I just left the store!
