This company is the worst experience I've ever had with a Merchant processing company. I called for help and it took 3 weeks and 5 emails to get this guy on the phone. His namevis Brian S****** and he is the owner. He started yelling at me and saying things like, "Do you think you're the only customer I have?". Yes, he really said that me. Be advised Kelli W****** who owns WTalent a modeling agency got set up with a merchant account form my company. Kelli started processing transaction and over the last 3 months she had excessive chargebacks/disputes form card holders/models she took money from. The disputes from the card holders/models were that Kelli/WTalent did not provide the services per the agreement and the card holder/model wanted their money back at which she refused to do.
