We had an outstanding experience with Graham, Premium Buildings, and the entire Pine View crew in Kannapolis, NC! After what i felt to be many sincere promises, we have not even gotten a return phone call from ANYONE in this company to come to minor repair to our brand new building that's been paid in full since February. I do not recommend customer service at all. They are not standing behind their product, and not even trying 100% disappointed in customer service.

Graham and Tom are studs. Messaged graham off Facebook at 12 at night and he responded immediately and met me the next morning to get a new office for my life insurance company. They even rushed delivery to help me out. Absolute studs. I called six companies and checked with people on prices and quality and they beat out everyone. Also being able to deliver asap is amazing
