Regardless of their self proclaimed premium product their customer service is absolute garbage. Know it all condescending staff at trade shows took my multiple lift purchase to the competition. ASAP! Class and tact immediately required!
These are great lifts, very well built. They can lift a full dresser bike with ease and are very stabile.
The PBL 1000 bike lift worked out great for my dyna and premium bike lifts were great to deal with. Would recommend for sure.
