I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Premium Motors in Villa Park, specifically with the conduct of the manager, Amanda. From what I personally witnessed, her behavior online was very unprofessional. She appeared to be engaging in arguments and mocking people publicly while stating she was on the clock, which reflects poorly on the business as a whole. We had such a great experience buying a Subaru Crosstrek from Premier Auto Sales. Car sales people were all extremely rude and unwelcoming. They talked to us like we were stupid. Terrible service. If I could I would put zero stars I would.
I wanted to leave a very positive review. My experience was a good one. Frank got back to me promptly with my questions and overall this was a good experience so I am recommending them. I had a small problem a couple weeks after my purchase and they took care of it and everything went well. I think, if you looking for a used car and dont want too much pressure and some strait forwardness this would be a good place for you to check out.
