Quick & and efficient, although I am at a loss how my backup camera monitor was smashed during glass install.
UPDATED REVIEW! Yesterday I got my mail, which included a letter from a collection agency for payment on my windshield. My windshield replacement was insured. However, Premium submitted the invoice to the incorrect insurance company. Instead of contacting me when it was denied so I could research the matter, they proceeded to send it to a collection agency. This was six months after it was installed. I had a great experience with Premium Auto Glass! I had to have my windshield replaced in a 2022 Honda. They had one in stock and were able to do all the re-calibrating of the cameras on-site after replacement. I had a weird factory setting on afterwards that I could not figure out how to disable. Christopher had me come right back in and was able to disable it in a matter of minutes. VERY pleased with my experience and was impressed by Christopher's knowledge and professionalism.
