I brought my Toyota tundra in there. I spent $6000 getting brakes rotors O2 sensor., catalytic converter, all which they recommended I get except for my brakes, check engine light on both times I went to go pick it up still! Then they recommend get a new ECM (computer for the truck) another $2000 They kept it for two months ! We never communicate, unless we jumped on their ass for it. And then got rude. When our suburban wouldn't shift out of park and we were stuck at the library, I called in to schedule an appointment to drop off our vehicle. While on the phone with Courtney, I realized we wouldn't be able to tow it to the shop with the vehicle stuck in park. She offered to meet us at the library after hours to help us out. It was a super easy fix, just a small plastic piece that was falling apart that helps the shifter gear. With her quick thinking and kindness we were able to drive home 10 minutes later. Incredible helpful service. It didn’t take long to for the appointment. And they explained to you everything step by step and they got to the bottom of the problem the same day. Overall great service very kind and polite.
I tried fixing my car messed it up even more and they helped me right away clear with communication and very friendly and straight to the point and they fixed my vehicle with future use in mind making it easier on me would recommend i mean look at there reviews there worth the call.
