Payem is simply an amazing person to work with, very honest, taking his time and listening with professional feedback. He picked up the phone and was helping me with my unique situation through an hour without trying to charge or get me through long process, is rates are super reasonable and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs professional, friendly and honest appraisal to his home.

I just got off the phone with Payam and felt I had to write a review!
