Technician quickly identified the problem and had air conditioner unit up and running with cold air as it should have been. Also gave me knowledge of my unit and ductwork with courtesy and a positive attitude.
Well, our AC died today. Called at 1:15 on a Sunday and tech was here by 5:15. Diagnosed, repaired, and running by 5:30. He was prompt, pleasant and professional. They always are at Premium Air- had to use them on the rental house last year. (Same prompt service)
