Worked on my roof to repair a leak around the chimney area. The back and forth attempts went on for several months and the leak was never resolved. I was finally told after several months, the problem was that moisture was coming in through the chimney mortar and bricks. Very professional and explains whatever needs to be done
Last fall, we contacted Premium 360 Exteriors to replace our asphalt roof with metal. They were quick to respond in getting us an estimate and then in scheduling and completing the job. Their crew was efficient, professional, and highly skilled. And the results … gorgeous! But the real test came after the job was done. Premium 360 did an excellent job installing my new roof. Prior to installation I had multiple leaks- they installed a new roof, new vents, and flashing. They took their time and the roof is beautiful and LEAK FREE. I am very satisfied with the work performed and the customer service received. Amanda and Phil are both a pleasure to work with.
