Premise Health Wellness Center in Louisville violated my medical privacy on September 30th around 10 AM. A staff member disclosed my personal health information to another patient — my wife — without my consent. Regardless of our relationship, she is a separate patient with her own medical record, and I did not authorize any sharing of my protected health information.
