I was totally happy that I was seeing by Dr Primm! He really help me feel 100 % better!
Very professional.
I was very impressed with the first person I dealt with. Then the second person was equally as impressive. Then person 3 and 4 and the phone calls and the emails. Every contact was friendly, helpful, and professional. I have never seen this level of sincere customer service from a group of people at any business. Of course they provide good health care, but they have assembled a great group of people to deliver it.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Primm or Nina. Dr. Primm was able to explain my procedure in layman terms, very particular about his work and made sure I felt comfortable. Nina, was just like a mom, checking on me throughout my procedure to ensure I was comfortable.
