Terrible company to work for. Horrible coordinators and customer service!!! Clearly they don't care about employees! Never answers the phone just horrible!!

I was employed by this agency back in 2011.i had a few incidents with them. The one later stands out and enraged me.. my daughter was raped and was in the emergency room.. I called my coordinator and told her the situation.. she said if u are a live in you have to finish your shift.. which meant I had to wait til the following day.. I had to stay with my patient wondering how my daughter was.. just wanting to be with her ..all thevwhile I'm crying as I take care of my patient.. This agency is not recommended. Barbara a home health aid, was taking care of my grandmother and doesn’t feed her. She talks to her like a dog and stays on her phone the entire shift. My grandmother missed her meds resulting in hospital visits because of this company. They are unprofessional and will not properly reprimand the aid. I’m scared for my grandmothers safety! I thought we could trust this company.
