Barbara a home health aid, was taking care of my grandmother and doesn’t feed her. She talks to her like a dog and stays on her phone the entire shift. My grandmother missed her meds resulting in hospital visits because of this company. They are unprofessional and will not properly reprimand the aid. I’m scared for my grandmothers safety! I thought we could trust this company.
