I have been going to Dr. J. Korivi and Nurse Latonya for years. I look at both like we are family, when there is something wrong I feel very comfortable with talking to them about my problem and she makes everything understandable. I wouldnt trade them for anything
Our family absolutely LOVES CAROLYN KNOPFLE - she takes the time to truly engage and identify the health of my children and any questions are concerned are addressed and identified with a plan of action. We can not thank her enough and highly recommend her! In addition, the FRONT OFFICE STAFF has been amazing at helping our family work through all our medical issues as we transitioned from another beloved provider. Nurse Knopfle is amazing. She is kind and takes the time to listen. Would recommend her. The reason for the lower rating however, is because their billing process is extremely frustrating. I have been contacting the billing office for months now trying to situate my bill and have never successfully got a hold of them via phone. Email service refers me back to the billing line where nobody answers the phone. If you are paying out of pocket or have additional payments aside from your deductible, beware.
