Today was my first time here, and had a great experience - from the moment I entered the office, and until I left. Started with a friendly greeting by Yvonne. Then met with Jackie Bruno, who is awesome, and took the time to speak with me one on one, answered all of my questions and really listened. I never felt rushed. Phlebotomist was great too.
