This driver was shockingly rude and completely disrespectful. He forced his way to the front of the line without any regard for others and acted in an aggressive, arrogant manner. His behavior was unacceptable and showed a total lack of basic courtesy. I would strongly warn others to avoid dealing with someone like this.
They were given my address and 2 telephone numbers, all the info they needed and never called me to do the estimate and day...what a waste of my time ! I don't recommend these people ! rude !!
Giving two stars and not one because the delivery guys were great. Otherwise, I probably will not do my next move with Premiere, mostly because expectations were continually not met due to failures of communication throughout. We thought lower weight would mean lower cost. Our contract simply said that the final cost would be determined by weight, and every indication was that lower weights cost less. Used this company for my last two moves. Crew is great and Neil is calm and knowledgeable which takes away a lot of stress. Also, job came in under the quoted price.
