I wanted an estimate for new shingles. The guy came out, took a few photos, said he'd give me an estimate the next day. Never heard from him again. Two months ago.
Started out great, I'll give them that. Communication was awesome until a problem arose, then I spent a lot of my time chasing the project manager down to find out when the situation would be rectified. Two months later and a new project manager they got to work on correcting the issue. After the guys left, I went into my living room and there were screws sticking through my ceiling. The crew came, set up, and did the job in about 3 hours. It looks like they did a great job. I watched them working and I think this was a top notch crew.
Great company. Jarrett handled my full roof replacement smoothly and the crew did excellent work.
So I’m a little upset. Had a guy come do an estimate on my home for a new roof. I have not heard back from them after the estimate for going on a month now… when I was told they would call me right after they left my house that same day. When I called after they left an hour later the lady said he would get back to me within the next couple of days… if you can’t do the roof just tell me instead of making me sit here and expect something happening.
