Since I moved 5 years ago, I started using Premier Property Services. They've done a number of jobs for me over the years. And some home improvement projects as well. And currently they'll be replacing my hot water heater. Fun, Fun.
Having three experiences with this company in the last few weeks I am writing this with mixed emotions. Ive had some ceiling and drywall work done in my master bedroom of my apartment due to water damage this winter. First Gentleman to come out the week of march 31st was very professional and clean. Driver 28 this morning 4/7/26 really needs to learn how to use a turn signal! I was driving alongside them for a good 10 minutes on the highway (96 to exit 104) to south lansing (cedar street) and they didn’t use a turn signal a single time, weaving in and out of traffic on the highway and when making turns as well. With a large vehicle like the vans you use, that is incredibly irresponsible and dangerous.
