You think renting from Premiere is bad? It is obvious that Seattle Property Rental Owner is actually Premiere in disguise trying to stuff the ballot, so to speak. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!! I recently finished a one year lease with this company. Horrible attitude, very disrespectful and arrogant. I'm preparing to take them to court. Practically criminal.
A tenant's perspective I have to say, first, that I agree with the first person's comments regarding the attitude of Premiere Property Services; as a current tenant, I am fed up with their inattentiveness, arrogance, and refusal to repair ANYTHING on the property I lease. I intend to break my lease at the first possible opportunity. They don't even rate ONE star, in my humble opinion.Stay away from these people; they are slumlords.

Absolutely the Worst! I placed my trust in this company to lease & manage an executive type property on the South Hill; I even provided them with the new prospective tenant, a professional person and family. Several months into the contract the tenants contacted me to voice their displeasure with Premiere Property Services... They were inattentive, discourteous, and projected such a negative attitude that the tenants were ready to break the lease and leave.
