Stay away! Victoria managed (neglected) my condo & cost me thousands in repairs and lost rent. She didn't conduct a move-out check for a tenant (bare basics!) and left me on the hook for repairs that should have come out of the sec deposit. My new prop mgr was shocked at the condition and even more about her & this company's lack of accountability. I've got receipts. Scroll down & see I'm not the only one. 1+ complaint is too many.
Most helpful and reliable service. Best property management. Very helpful with keeping up with the market. Great customer service and committed property manager who cares. I recommend whole heartedly with 5 stars.
