I wish I would have taken the reviews seriously. I was in the military and moved a lot. I have rented from a lot of different property management companies and landlords over the years. I have also owned homes myself so am realistic regarding repairs and maintenance and try to treat rentals as if they are my own. Premiere Property Management was the worst experience I have ever had. Helen M****** is a big fraud who gives the properties to tenants with mold and broken. I rented one of their property and there was everything broken and bad. Ac filter were never changed and those were all black. Mold was there in the basement, gutters were full, cabinets were broken, wooden floor was destroyed, house was dirty countertop was broken and carpets were wet. These people are breaking law and abusing tenants.
I removed this company from managing my condo due to incompetence. I payed 2K for touch up painting, cleaning, and carpet cleaning, company was so bad none of these items could be scheduled in a timely manner. I fired the company after they could not produce a quote for carpet cleaning after a week. I took care of everything getting the property ready in about a week out of my additional funds. I let this company lease out my property. We had a few bumps in the process. For starters, I had a previous tenant that I had leased to on my own. That turned into a big headache so I decided to hire a company to do it. They worked with my out-going tenant to get property ready to rent as I wasn't local.
