Negligent. I am seeing the reviews about this company and am disturbed to see another property owner complaining about the stairs. You failed to and clearly continue to not uphold the outdoor maintenance of these properties. As a result of this my mother was thrown from your unmaintained stairs and is in the hospital with a broken shoulder. The stairs should never have reached the point that they separated from the platform.
Very bad management. Never cares on the services. Always focus on the increasing of condo fee. Condo fee doesn't rational with the services they provide. Management rude behaves with the owners of units. Barrhaven Tribeca Pvt buildings most relevant example. Units owners are continuously complaining but management never cares.
Worst experiences with property mangers in my 25 years as a renter. They only answer emails or phone calls that concern them, they make crazy changes to the companies servicing our condos, and make complete changes to a family fortified neighborhood that will directly impact the families without so much as a notice, email, or warning. Not impressed moving forward.
They don't seem to care much about client service. Delayed or no responses. Health and Safety is not a concern. A lot of excuses and lack of planning. Too much frustration just trying to get a straight answer for services.
