I've dealt with this bunch for 30+ years and they have been consistent in the poor quality of their service. All the comments I've read here reflect my experience. We haven't had a condo owner's general meeting since before COVID so I don't even know if our condo corp is actually legal.
The Condo board at the golf course in Rockland ( Masters lane ) hired that property management company . Supposably it's the best company in town !!!! , I called the FAMOUS MR JOEL regarding the old guy downstairs. So I explained the situation to the FAMOUS JOEL, the manager for Masters Lane . He was supposed to give me feedback and I never ever heard from him again. Later on, the condo president said that MR JOEL told him that I was supposably HARASSING HIM ...OMG LIER !!!
