I've been an owner of a condo at 365 Tribeca Private, a complex they manage, for a couple of years now. Premiere Property Management, along with their managers and some laborers they hire (Lindsay Landscape specifically) are easily the most unprofessional, low quality, arrogant and dishonest businesses I've seen in Ottawa. They offer tenants poor service for the management fees they charge, allow the laborers they hire to break fire route/parking violation laws that block in tenants from leaving their spots for long periods ... read more
Great and trustworthy organisation
I've dealt with this bunch for 30+ years and they have been consistent in the poor quality of their service. All the comments I've read here reflect my experience. We haven't had a condo owner's general meeting since before COVID so I don't even know if our condo corp is actually legal.
