Working with Premiere Property has been smoother than a perfect pickleball serve. They handle maintenance requests faster than I can chase down a drop shot, and communication is always clear and timely. Living here feels like being on the winning side of every match—stress-free and enjoyable. If property management were a sport, these folks would be the reigning pickleball champs!
Post property on zillow but dont say the dont get zilow application you have put in a application on their actually website missed out on renting a house not know they dont take zillow application but post there house on there smh!
Renting from this company has been smooth for the most part. The owners are very polite and helpful. The leasing manager and the rest of the staff are very nice and helpful as well. The maintenance on the other hand, not so good. They do respond to the maintenance requests, but the property maintenance company that they use to handle MOST repairs hires technicians that are incompetent and/or not qualified for the job. That can make for frustrating living. We do like Premiere, but wish they would improve on maintenance.
