I will say that when I first moved in, there were a few challenges with communication and transparency. However, overall, I’ve appreciated that maintenance requests are handled promptly, and I’ve always been able to stay in contact with someone from their office. My rental is well-maintained, and I genuinely enjoy living here. Just be sure to ask the right questions upfront and keep thorough documentation on your end — it helps ensure a smooth experience.
I live next door to a property that this company leases... I've lived here 20 years.. never ever had a bug issue until now. I've never had a bug in my home... And the Cockroach infestation at their rental property at 1410 Ne 10th Street in Blue Springs.is absolutely ridiculous!!! 100% slumlord leasing company!!!!!!
Do not rent from these people they will shut your power off in the middle of winter they are extremely aggressive and manipulate things to make your life harder also there lying in the text below they just shut the electric off three days ago during the cold I repeat DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TURN YOUR UTILITIES OFF EVEN THOUGH ITS ILLEGAL
