Kristin is absolutely top tier. Our house was a bit of a challenge to sell and went through many ups and downs, but Kristin was calm, patient, positive, and skilled the entire process. She was quick to find solutions and kept us moving forward when it got rocky. I genuinely don’t feel like anyone else could have done what she did for us. HIGHLY recommend, 10000/10.
Unfortunately, seems to be staffed by inexperienced, uneducated folks referring to themselves as Realtors / Brokers. Sad. Cannot recommend.
I do not recommend using Premier as an owner or renter. The Medford, Oregon location is unprofessional and does not help this company’s reputation in a good way. I didn’t see a google listing for them so assuming they may just be a satellite office? Either way, business practices are substandard.
Eric was truly a pleasure to work with, as well as Juanita. They both helped us every step of the way in buying our home, and Eric did a great job catching lots of small details we would have missed. He also helped advocate for us with some repairs, and honestly just seemed like a very caring and knowledgeable realtor. I would absolutely work with Eric, Juanita and the Premier team again in the future!
