Greg Herring is not a good agent. He does not return calls and he take application fees knowing he has no intention on renting to you
This is coming from my own experience attempting to communicate with this guy. I am a Real Estate Agent in the Charlotte area. This guy should have his license revoked. He doesn't answer his phone, never gets back to messages and then accepts rental applications and of course money without telling your clients if they were approved or not. He should either retire or the NC State Real Estate Commission should revoke his license.
Very rude I asked about a piece of property that was attached to them and he was snappy and short
