I am giving them 1 star not because I wanted to, BUT because I had to, to get this review online. This is the worst Condo Management company I have come across in my lifetime of 18 years in Edmonton. Absolutely no sense of responsibility and no sense of customer service and courtesy for the residents. No one responds on the listed phone numbers. I had a highly disappointing experience with Diamond Parking Services, managed by Premiere Professional Group. While attending a legitimate rental condo viewing (for a total of 13 minutes) in a visitor parking spot at 1510 Watt Drive SW, I received a parking ticket within 5 minutes of arrival, before I could reasonably register my plate, as I had no resident host. None of the property managers answer the phone during business hours and the after hours emergency line could not be any slower in responding.. I’m stuck outside the building with no access to my residence..
Worst management as a unit owner my valuable car was broken after informed to property manager they are always muted.
Do your research before hiring them. They used to go by Premiere Property Management Group, Premiere Property Services, and other names. Anyone that has to change company names that often is usually running away from a bad reputation. We fired these guys as property managers for so many different reasons, and are still involved in a lawsuit against them.
