Nicole has been a lifesaver. I came to her in considerable pain from some hip issues. She found so many things contributing to my issues. She looks at the whole person and she gives you an individual plan tailored to you. She also is very knowledgeable on menopause and keeps up with the latest research . I highly recommend calling her to schedule an appointment. I think anyone could benefit from her knowledge and besides that she is a very caring and kind person.

Nicole is a joy to work with. She makes Physical Therapy an enjoyable experience. She is very knowledgeable about human physiology as well as the best exercise program for recovery. I would highly recommend her Premier Pilates Studio which is private. I just recovered quickly from a knee replacement with her guidance and expertise.
