I can’t thank Nicole enough for her expertise and kindness. She is such a talented therapist and took the time to thoroughly evaluate my issues and develop a customized treatment plan specifically for me. Working with Nicole was so different from being in a large clinical setting. Her treatment environment is beautiful and her equipment is unlike I have seen in other therapy centers. I look forward to seeing her again when I am back in St. Augustine!

I have been going to Nicole for at least the last 9 years. She helped me get through my last 9 years of work before I had to have a knee replacement. Then she did my PT after that surgery, then my PT after I broke my hip a year later and finally helped me recover from surgery after a ruptured appendix. She is super knowledgeable and very hands on. I truly appreciate everything she has done for me.

I needed to find a place to practice one on one Pilates in St. Augustine during the winter while I snowbird. I have severe arthritis in my left hip so I need modifications while practicing. Group classes are not for me. I'm fortunate that I found Nicole and Premiere Pilates. With her background in both Pilates and Physical Therapy, she was able to adjust exercises to meet my physical limitations while continuing to strengthen the rest of my body. I cannot express enough how important and impactful Nicole’s care, knowledge, and compassion has been for my healing journey. Nicole Is the best! I have experienced back and shoulder pain for years that doctors and other physical therapists have been unable to treat. After several visits to Nicole, I was able to do things, like sit crisscross on the floor, that I hadn’t done in years. She is a true healer!
