I think because I wasn't expecting the outcome that I received. She was super nice and gave me information that I wasn't told. It resolved my issue really quick and it was the best advice and solution for my on going issue.
I’m only giving 2 stars because my baby is healthy and I am now well. Let’s start with why I chose Dr. Joanne Richards. I chose Dr.Richards due to me being a high risk pregnancy and a BLACK woman. My hopes with all that was in the news regarding the lack of care for black pregnant women, i would bypass that by choosing a black Woman doctor. I hoped she would advocate for me and not disregard my obvious needs.
