I do not recommend going anywhere near this clinic. My experience there was very difficult, especially because of the clinic manager. Personally, I felt a cold, dismissive, and disrespectful attitude – in a place where one would expect empathy, support, and sensitivity. In my opinion, this is not the kind of behavior you would expect from someone managing a clinic for pregnant women. I personally will not be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for warm and humane care.

Dr. Cepeda was so kind and professional. She helped me feel very comfortable for my first visit, EVER and explained every procedure she was doing step-by-step. Once everything was over, she proceeded with some next steps for me and explained a bunch of things I never knew about OBGYN purposes LOL. Awesome staff in general from check in to check out.

Michelle, one Dr Richards long standing staff always greets patients with a smile plus her exceptional professionalism and loving care . She remembers her patients names and greats them as such while waving at others in the waiting room. She works in an expedient fashion like Dr Richards while still being personable. There are other office staffs whose names I cannot remember at this time but they are just as professional and courteous. Thank you all for your great service !
